When Will My Order Ship
Most items usually ship "next business day".
Usual ship time for a specific item is shown on that items page.
This can vary by item or manufacture or type of shipping. 

Shipping Method
Your order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS
All orders are shipped ground or ground freight.

Shipment Transit Time
Estimated transit time for U.S. delivery is 1 to 5 "business days" depending on your location.

When your order is shipped (loaded on the carrier's trailer) we'll send tracking information to you via the e-mail address you entered on your order invoice. request tracking number

Order Delivery
Most shipments will require a signature on delivery.

We do not ship outside of the Continental United States.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping can become very expensive for the items we sell with 2 day delivery costing in some instances as much as the scooter. We do not offer expedited shipping

More Information

All shipments originate at the manufactures warehouse. This assures you of the very latest model build that may include any upgrades or fixes not available in previous or dealer stocked models.

Shipping Time line includes two stages.

Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. 
Orders are generally processed within a few hours of receipt for shipment on the next available carrier pickup.
This is usually within the next 1 to 2 business day(s) depending on the item ordered.
Processing time for heavier palletized freight items is usually 2-3 business days.

Shipping/Transit time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
Actual travel time 1 to 6 business days depending on your location. You can view our Transit Time Maps Here to see how long delivery will take.

When will my order ship
Usually within 24 business hours of order placement.

Back Orders A backorder is your agreement to pay for the merchandise now and receive it at a latter date when it becomes available for shipment. Shipment dates on back orders are subject to change. Back orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Products shipped on Pallets
Some larger or heavier units are shipped strapped to a pallet and require special home delivery handling such as the use of a lift gate truck. If this type of freight shipping is necessary for the unit you wish to buy it will be clearly stated on the product information page for that unit.

What if I'm not shipping to my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may
contact you for additional verification. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Can I change the ship to address after I've placed my order?
Most of our fraud prevention efforts and your credit card companys authorization for your purchase is based on the information entered into our secure shopping cart. Based on the forgoing, our policy is not to change the ship to address after processing your order.

Tracking my shipment.
When we receive notification from the warehouse that your order has shipped  we will send you an e-mail containing your order tracking number and instructions for it's use. You can then follow your order's progress in real time on the carriers web site throughout the shipping process. This email may also contain important support instructions.
