Tracking my shipment.
Due of
the size
and weight of our
products
shipments are sent "Ground" or "Ground Freight" which makes it
difficult to furnish accurate tracking
information when you place your
order. Based on that we do not furnish tracking information for your
shipment until your item has physically shipped (loaded on the carriers
trailer).
When we receive warehouse
notification that your
order has shipped we will send you an e-mail containing your
order tracking number and instructions for it's use.
You can then follow your order's progress in
real time on the carriers web site throughout the transit process.
Tracking information for ground
shipments is usually sent within 48 business
hours of
order placement.
Tracking information for ground freight
shipments is usually sent within 72 business
hours of
order placement.
Please Note:
Tracking
information for your purchase will not be furnished to you on the same
day as your purchase. Tracking is usually sent on the second business day
Tracking
numbers will not appear in the FedEx or UPS system until they have been
scanned at the terminal. This process may not occur for
several
hours after you receive your order tracking number. Please allow
sufficient time for their system to be updated.
