Because your satisfaction is
important to us we want you to know what you can expect should you need
to make a warranty claim.
Please take a moment to learn about your warranty
and it's procedures.
Your warranty is a parts replacement
only warranty. Should a covered part fail during your warranty period the
manufacture will send you a replacement for that part.
You are responsible
for installing the part. (see exception immediately below)
You can ship your item back to the
manufacture for free warranty repairs during the warranty period. You are
responsible for shipping costs, both ways.
Your warranty
provider is the manufacture of the item you purchased. Each manufacture
is an American based company with their main offices and warehouses located in
the US.
Warranty and replacement parts are
warehoused in the U.S.A. and generally in good supply. Performance parts for gas
scooters may effect your warranty. Performance parts
for gas scooters can be found by clicking here.
All replacement parts are shipped
ground whether by US mail or private carrier. Warranty parts will not be
shipped, overnight, 2 day or air.
Is there a warranty for shipping damage?
The manufactures have agreed to provide you with a replacement part for the part
that has been damaged in the transit process. This is a free service from the
manufacture to help expedite resolution of damage related to the transit
process. You are responsible for installing the part.
Items not covered include, but are not limited to, tires
and tubes, kick stands and
fuses (unless defective out of the box), Failure of
parts caused by abuse, neglect, accidents or lack of maintenance are not covered
under your warranty.
Procedures for processing a warranty claim.

warranty or shipping
damage claims you must use their help desk to
create a support ticket. Complete instructions can be

For ScooterX
warranty or shipping
damage claims you can either call ScooterX
support or fill out an Online warranty claim. Contact

Neither the
manufacture or BestScooterBuys.com will send you a new scooter because of
a part failure.
Neither the manufacture or
BestScooterBuys.com will pay you or a third party for replacement parts
installation.

Razor Products
We at Razor believe in providing high quality product that
provides hours of enjoyment for kids of all ages. We also believe in supporting
our products with industry standard limited warranties, Authorized Service
Centers and Consumer Care Representatives.
Should you need service or
assistance with your vehicle during the warranty period, DO NOT RETURN THE
VEHICLE TO THE STORE . Contact the Razor Consumer Care Center toll free at
866-467-2967.
Please have your model name, serial or bar code number and
retail receipt handy when contacting Razor regarding your warranty.
Razor warranties our electric products to
be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the
original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and
tear, tires, tubes or cables nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper
assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product.
This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is
ever:
• used in a manner other than for recreation;
• modified in
any way;
• rented
The manufacturer and
BestScooterBuys.com are not liable for incidental or consequential loss
or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
Kick Scooters
Razor warranties our kick
scooters to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of six (6)
months from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear, wheels, hand grips nor any damage, failure or loss caused
by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or use of the product.
This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is
ever:
• used in a manner other than for recreation;
• modified in
any way;
• rented.

incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use
of this product.

X-Treme Electric Scooters Manufacturers and Wholesale
Distributors is your warranty
provider.
X-Treme Electric Scooters Manufacturers &
Wholesale Distributors Offers a 30-day limited bumper-to-bumper
manufacturers warranty on all scooters and accessories. The warranty starts the
day the scooter is delivered to you. This warranty covers factory defects and
defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by
any other event. X-Treme will pay for standard shipping service costs on the
first warranty shipment only. Any additional warranty parts that are needed will
require the customer to pay all shipping and handling costs. We do offer a full
6-month even trade warranty on defective batteries. If any battery should
become faulty within 6 months from the purchase date we will replace the battery
free of charge. X-Treme may require that old batteries be returned to us for
exchange. If you have questions about our warranty, please contact X-Treme
support department by e-mail. A friendly representative will get back to you
quickly. Our support department winter hours are Monday through Thursday 9AM to
4 PM Central Standard Time. Summer hours are 5 days per week.
Limited Warranty Details
What is covered & what is not
covered:
1. Scooter Body: Damage to any plastic/fiberglass part
that is a result of shipping is covered only if it occurred during shipping.
Shipping damage must be reported within 1 day to be covered under warranty.
Otherwise, the plastic/fiberglass body parts are not covered under this
warranty. If, after careful inspection by our shipping department it is
determined that the scooter was damaged during shipping (digital photos may be
required by e-mail) , X-Treme scooters at it's discretion will supply free of
charge the necessary replacement parts to fix the damaged scooter. X-Treme will
not pay labor charges to install such parts.
2. Tires, tubes &
kick stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of
shipping.
3. Light bulbs & Fuses: Light bulbs are covered for 30
days only. Fuses are not covered and can be bought for less than .50 cents each
at any auto supply store or Wal-Mart type of retail outlet.
4. During
the first 30 days of the warranty, X-Treme Scooters will replace any defective
part free of charge and free of shipping charge to the end user of the scooter.
X-Treme may require certain parts to be shipped back to X-Treme before replacing
those parts. Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user /
customer.
5. Extended Battery Warranty: If your battery becomes
defective within 6 months of the purchase date, X-Treme will replace the battery
free of charge.
Manufactures defects will
only be covered
1. Engines are not covered. Each engine is
started, tuned up and tested before we ship the pocket bike to you. Failure to
premix oil with the gas is not covered.
2. Pull starters are not
covered. This item is expected to break after several uses. Pocket bike owners
should keep this spare part on hand. Scooter pull starter can be purchased
Online.
3. Spark plugs are not covered. Spark plug wire is not covered
if damaged from engine heat. It is suggested that each pocket bike owner keep 2
or 3 spare spark plugs on hand.
4. Tires, tubes & flat tires are
not covered unless damaged during shipping. (Damage must be reported to us
within 1 day of receiving pocket bike).
5. Kick stand is not
covered.
6. . Damage caused due to an improperly adjusted chain
falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and wheel bearings are not covered.
Customers should take care to tighten the chain after each ride. There should be
no play in the chain.
7. Battery (on super bikes & batteries in
electric pocket bikes) will be covered for 6 months.
8. Light
bulbs are not covered under warranty due to the excessive natural vibration that
occurs in gas pocket bikes with 2 stroke engines. Excessive vibration is
normal.
9. Gas leaks are not covered since all gas leaks can easily be
fixed.
ScooterX's 30 day
bumper to bumper Parts Replacement Warranty
ScooterX's 30 day Warranty
covers any part on the scooter that is factory defective. Meaning if something
is mechanically wrong with your product we will take care of it by sending out
replacement parts. If something comes broken or missing from package we will
send a new part to you immediately. The warranty covers anything that is wrong
or goes wrong withing 30 days of purchase date
How do we
handle the warranty?
If you have a technical issue such as engine wont
start, brakes don't work, etc.. we suggest reading scooterX support page or
watching our tech support videos. If you still have issues with your product
after reading the tech support page you can call 702-889-1741 ex 2. This
is scooterX tech support line, open mon-fri 8am to 4pm pacific standard
time.
If you have a broken or damaged part please
fill out the warranty form and scooterX will send you a new part. Click here to file warranty

Whats not covered under
warranty?
Tire tubes that get punctured from driving. If the tube is
flat the day you get your product scooterX will replace it. If you get a flat
because something punctured the tube while driving this will not be covered
under warranty.
What will void my factory
warranty.
Misuse and abuse
Misuse example: You didn't put any 2
stroke oil in your gas and you blew up your motor. Warranty void on motor, all
other parts on scooter will still be warrantied.
Abuse example: You crashed
your product and broke it. Warranty void on broken parts.
Abuse example 2:
You are jumping your item and something breaks, warranty void.
